With only 15 minutes a day your kids can work their whole bodies to perform a full body workout! These amazing exercises will make the little ones stretch and strengthen their muscles, improving their flexibility and mobility. By doing this workout daily, kids will find it easier to perform any play or task that they'll have in their daily activities.

Today's workout for kids has 12 super fun exercises that will improve their balance and stability! Almost everything we have to do requires good balance and stability. Even the simplest things like standing, walking, running and playing, right? So I prepared this routine with dynamic balance exercises and weight-shifting movements.
