Ysgol Gynradd Gymraeg Calon Y Cymoedd is a Primary school situated in Betws, Bridgend South Wales. We provide bilingual education for Cwm Garw and Cwm Ogwr and the surrounding area.
Our school moto at Ysgol Gynradd Gymraeg Calon Y Cymoedd is that everyone matters and everyone achieves. We offer a happy and caring environment where your child can feel safe and secure. The education we provide is carefully matched to the learning needs of individual children, pupil voice is of great importance to us. Our aim is to provide a warm, welcoming and happy environment where pupils are encouraged to achieve their full potential and develop into responsible citizens and life long learners.

A brilliant day in Swansea for our coding club pupils at the DVLA code challenge. Thank you to DVLA for such a warm welcome - we’re already looking forward to next years event! And a huge thank you for the IT equipment kindly gifted to our school - we can’t wait to start using it!💻👾 9 Likes
🌱 Yesterday we watered our plants using rainwater collected in our water tank. A simple way to save water and help the environment! 💧🌿
