Bwyddyn 5 : Ymweliad gan y Nyrs Ysgol
Year 5 : School nurse visit
Bydd Sesiwn Addysg Glasoed – Gwybodaeth Bwysig
Annwyl Rieni/Gwarchodwyr,
Fel rhan o'n cwricwlwm Addysg Perthnasoedd a Rhywioldeb (RSE) statudol, bydd nyrs yr ysgol yn ymweld i gynnal sesiwn addas i’r oed ar glasoed gyda'r disgyblion.
Mae’r sesiwn statudol hon yn rhan bwysig o ddysgu a datblygiad personol eich plentyn, gan eu helpu i ddeall y newidiadau corfforol ac emosiynol sy’n digwydd wrth iddynt dyfu. Mae’r cynnwys yn unol â Chôd RSE Cymru ac yn dilyn canllawiau cenedlaethol.
Mi fydd bechgyn a merched yn rhan o'r sgwr ar y mislif, ond bydd cyfle i'r merched fynychu sesiwn ar wahân gyda'r nyrs i gael gwybod am y cynhyrchion mislif sydd ar gael, ac ofyn unrhyw gwestiynau mewn amgylchedd diogel a chefnogol.
Bydd pob sesiwn yn cael ei chyflwyno mewn ffordd sensitif a chynhwysol, gyda chyfle i drafod ac ofyn cwestiynau er mwyn sicrhau bod disgyblion yn teimlo’n gyfforddus ac wedi’u hysbysu.
Os oes gennych unrhyw gwestiynau, mae croeso i chi gysylltu â’r ysgol.
Diolch am eich cefnogaeth barhaus.
Cofion cynnes,
Mrs Pearce
Puberty Education Session – Important Information
Dear Parents/Carers,
As part of our statutory Relationships and Sexuality Education (RSE) curriculum, we will be welcoming our school nurse to deliver an age-appropriate session on puberty to the children.
This statutory session is an important element of your child's learning and personal development, helping them to understand the physical and emotional changes that occur as they grow. The content is fully aligned with the RSE Code and follows national guidance.
Both boys and girls will be part of the conversation on periods, however girls will have the opportunity for a separate session with the nurse to discuss menstruation, learn about available menstrual products, and ask any questions they may have in a safe and supportive environment.
All sessions will be delivered in a sensitive and inclusive manner, with space for questions and discussion to ensure pupils feel informed and comfortable.
If you have any questions, please don’t hesitate to contact the school.
Thank you for your continued support.
Kind regards,
Mrs Pearce
